Guidelines for Consumption


  • Enjoy slowly. Do not drink it like a sports drink, think RAW food in a bottle!
  • Chew your smoothie, digestion starts from the mouth.
  • Drink your smoothie alone and not as part of a meal. Improper food combination may cause discomfort. Eat only after 40 minutes so that you can truly benefit from them.
  • Best taken on an empty stomach so you are able to assimilate the nutrients better.
  • Suggested consumption is 1 liter a day
  • Green smoothies last 3 day in the refrigerator however it is still best if consumed immediately.
