Green Smoothies are blended beverages that’s made with organic greens, organic herbs, organic vegetables or non-sweet fruits and freshly cut up whole fruits. Its raw, healthy, all natural and 100% delicious.
WHAT DO THE GREEN SMOOTHIES TASTE LIKE?
The smoothies generally taste like the fruit combination that the drinks are made with. It tastes delicious, healthy, clean and natural.
DO YOU USE SWEETENERS IN THE GREEN SMOOTHIES AND WATER KEFIR?
For the Green Smoothies, some flavors contain raw unprocessed wild honey while others do not.
For flavors without raw wild honey, the sweetness of the beverage comes from the well-ripened fruits Yup, it’s just the fruits and nothing more than that!
For flavors with raw wild honey, we use them sparingly.
For Water Kefir, sugar is one of the main ingredients. Why? Kefir grains are a mix of bacteria and yeast that work together and feed of on sugars. The fermentation process between the yeast, bacteria and sugars (which will be converted into simple sugar in this process) produce the probiotics and vitamins found in your beverage.

WHY DO YOU ROTATE THE VARIETIES OF GREENS FOR THE GREEN SMOOTHIES?
It’s necessary to rotate the greens because it will allow the body to absorb different nutrients, vitamins & minerals. A balanced nutrition is vital in order to keep the body functioning at an optimum.
WILL THE TASTE AND CONSISTENCY OF WATER KEFIR BE THE SAME ALL THE TIME?
Because we are unable to control the fermentation and temperature once it’s bottled, it may slightly vary sometimes. Rest assured that we are always using the same ingredients, method and care when making your beverages.
HOW MANY GREEN SMOOTHIES SHOULD I DRINK A DAY?
We recommend 1 liter a day which is equivalent to 2 (BIG) full glasses, however you can enjoy it as much as you like. Some people can consume more while others stick to the 1 liter. It all depends on your health objective and how your body reacts to it.

HOW MUCH WATER KEFIR SHOULD I DRINK?
2 cups is ideal however you may drink as much as you like, it all depends on your health objective and how your body reacts to it. Listen to your body and adjust the consumption accordingly. Make sure to sometimes rest your body from water kefir consumption, too much of something is also not good for you. The key is moderation.
WHY SHOULD I DRINK GREEN SMOOTHIES ON AN EMPTY STOMACH OR BEFORE MEALS?
- Drinking them on an empty stomach will allow your body to assimilate the nutrients better.
- The live enzymes and fiber from the raw fruits + greens will also aid in the digestion process from the food you will eat later on.
WHEN SHOULD I DRINK MY WATER KEFIR?
Kefir can be consumed any time of the day but remember that it contains little alcohol.

We do not count calories because the calories of a particular food or drink are not always equal to its nutritional content. What we should consider more are the nutrients and how these nutrients can nourish, RENEW AND HEAL our body at a deeper level.
